All pieces are high-quality prints of original artwork, thoughtfully produced to capture the detail, tone, and overall feel of the original. Prints are unframed, borderless, and are made on premium matte paper for a soft, non-glossy finish.

Each piece is individually prepared, which may result in slight natural variations. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

Orders are shipped using eco-friendly packaging from EcoEnclose. Mailers and boxes are made from 100% recycled paper, primarily-post consumer waste, and are fully curbside recyclable and naturally biodegradable.

Packaging is selected to balance sustainability with durability, using rigid paperboard to help protect each print during transit.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside of my control may occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact me at hello@spookeninz.com and I will make it right.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact hello@spookeninz.com as soon as possible prior to shipment.

If a package is lost in transit, please reach out and I’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

All sales are final. Due to the made-to-order nature of each print, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there is a quality issue, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at hello@spookeninz.com so we can make it right.

You may be asked to provide photos of the item and packaging to help assess the issue. Once reviewed, I will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Please note that slight variations in color or minor differences due to the handmade process are not considered defects.
