Shipping policy

Processing Time  
All prints are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. 

Shipping Rates - U.S. Only
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before purchase.
- Free shipping on orders of $42 or more

Shipping Rates - International
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before purchase.
- Free shipping is not yet offered on international orders.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Delivery Time  
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days for domestic orders. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please allow a minimum of 21 days for international orders.

Order Tracking  
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delays & Issues  
Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors are outside my control. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact me at hello@spookeninz.com and I will make it right.

Incorrect Addresses  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
